Suggest Medicine For Depression And Anxiety

have no friends and i stay in all the time as i have depression and anxiety, i feel crap all the time and feel that life is not going to change, i am currently on medication for depression, they have made me feel a little better but im so fed uop with feeling this way, is there anything you can suggest to help make myself feel that life is worthwhile?

First, you should continue your medicines. Since you feel better on medicines but still have depressive symptoms, you should go back to your doctor and check if he/she wants to increase the dose or add another medicine to augment the effect of earlier medicine. Never stop medicines on your own without consulting your doctor.
Apart from medicine you will also benefit from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Anti-depressants along with CBT give best long term results in depression.
In my practice, I also emphasize lifestyle changes for patients like you. Regular exercise, healthy food habits, regular work structure all help in reducing depression and anxiety.
