Suggest Medicine For Fever And Ear Pain
hi doctor am Mr Harikrishnan G from united arab emirates. still i have a fever ,and am not have a tendancy to eat food and a slight vomit tendancy but ok to consume little food. still i consume one panadol advance 500mg , after that it a slight better but also a little temperature feels and a slght ear pain .still in uae its a very hot climate and it may be the reason for that. doctor please advice me to take a ear pain medicine or i can use the ciplox for that and what medicine for fever or i continue the panadol 500 mg. please reply to solve my problem yours truly HARIKRISHNAN G UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

This could be ear infection.
I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics. I prefer amoxcillin with clavulinic acid.
2) Yes, for pain and fever you can continue tablet paracetamol.
3) I don't prefer ciprofloxacin for acute ear infection.
You will be fine.
