Suggest Medicine For Fever With Flatulence
High fever 38 celsius,
lots of flatulence and no coughing and less phlegm without blood clot, and paracetamol works and it drops temperature to normal,
but after using it 3 days, and i stopped it and it goes up again 40 celsius and amoxillin and co-trimoxazol doesn't seem to work,
i need ur help thanks,
