Suggest Medicine For Gonorrhea

Hi doc, can you please tell me what is the right medicine for gonorhea? I m 22 years old, and based from the blog I ve read about what is the sympthoms of gonorhea it s similar of what I feel right now. Like greenish spots in my underwear, burning when urinating, lower back pain. What should I do? I m afraid to tell my parents of what s happening to me. Please help me. Hope you ll understand my situation. Thank you.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
It is important to get relevant investigations to diagnose gonorrhoea before starting treatment for gonorrhoea.
Serological tests for gonorrhoea and microbiological examination of the discharge has to be done.
Urinary tract infection can also cause burning sensation so urine examination is also required.
Greenish spots on underwear can be due fungal infection also.
Thus, complete work up is required before starting any medication.
