Hi,

With your current symptoms it could be urinary tract infection. I advise you to:

- Take a course of antibiotics once a day for 5 days
- Maintain strict hygiene
- Daily Sitz bath
- Analgesics (Ibuprofen) to get relieved of pain
- Take plenty of oral fluids
- Urine routine & culture if the symptoms persists
