Sir my on my penis and foreskin small red rashes occurs due this my penis itching every time and my foreskin is tight or dry when I pull it back many time the skin cracks and blood comes out this problems occurs from 2weeks give me name of medicines and creams for solving this problem.. It may be due to allergic reaction. For that you may apply hydrocortisone ointment locally. For itching you can take tablet loratidine. Avoid latex condom or harsh cosmetic products. Maintain proper hygiene. Watch for symptoms severe itching, penile discharge.
