Suggest Medicine For L4-l5 Disc Problem

hi i am a 25 yr old guy working with an mnc. since past 2 yrs i had been having severe lower back pain.after an mri i learnt that i have a slight L4-L5 disc problem.the pain subsided after little bit of physiotherapy. but since past 7 days it has recurred and the pain travels to my left leg and hip too. i had been advised to take mobizox for 10 days but it is not showing any results so far. which other medicine can be advised in my case.
