Suggest Medicine For Lower Rib Pain

Hi, I have had pain in my lower ribs (right side) for a few weeks now. I have seen several different GP's. One suggested a kidney problem, another a spinal injury. I had my spine xrayed and results came back normal. The pain is getting worse and rwally tender to the touch. When waking up in the morning my entire rib cage feels like it is collapsing. Any ideas please?
