Suggest Medicine For Migraine, Dizziness And Blurred Vision

Blood rushing from head to face and constant headaches Hi, I ve been having frequent headaches lately that make me feel like my brain is being squeezed ... my GP said its a migraine and gave me painkillers but I tell you it doesn t help . For the past 2 weeks I ve been feeling like blood is rushing to my face and might have a nose-bleed, not only that but I feel dizzy and my vision becomes blurred . What really is happening to me , is this normal ?

Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

Headache & eye symptoms are usually seen in Trigeminal Neuralgia , classic migraine with aura or a Cluster headache.

I advice you to,
-Take analgesics like Naproxen /paracetamol +Triptans & tab. Ergotamine +caffeine
- Relaxation & YOGA
- Local heat on affected areas
- Also have a ophthalmology consultation to rule out any refractive errors, diplopia
- Periodic BP check up to rule out Hypertensive crisis
