Suggest Medicine For Normospermia With Secondary Infection

Hi I have just done with my semen analysis and reporting says in others as immuture forms seen and impression is normospermia with secondary infection. Can you please suggest a good antibiotic. Report is below: Sperm count: 100mil/ml Active motile:55% Sluggish:10% Non motile:35% Morphology Normal forms: 60% Abnormal forms:40% Pus cells:06-08/HPF Please let me know if I can get a father with the above count and motility. Thanks in advance.
