Suggest Medicine For Pain And Burning Sensation In Neck And Shoulder Blade

Hi, doc ! I am a 33 yearsold working lady.I work for long hours & also use computer on a regular basis. since last few days i am having pain in the neck & shoulder blade, Today, I started feeling a burning sensation also. Kindly suggest as the medicine which I am taking from some referral is giving me a drowsiness & puking effect. I am currently based in Sharjah,UAE,
