Suggest Medicine For Painful Boil In The Vagina

HI,i have developed a boil on my vaginal lip(right side lip), it is giving lot of pain and growing... i did not saw any doctor yet,pls suggest any pain relief remidies, i used to sit more time on chair which demands my job,pls suggest any medicions or ointments befor i get appointment of my doctor. thank you
