Dermatologist 's  Response
hi, welcome to HCM,
as redness and swelling is only on winter, it is chilblain.
keep your feet warm, wear woolen socks, use warm water.
apply calamine lotion 2-3 times daily.
take tab cetirizine 10 mg daily.
this will not only resolve your issue but will also prevent from occurring again.
thanks
