General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Lower abdominal pain can be related to a bladder infection.
If the symptoms continue, some examinations should be done.
I recommend to do a urinalysis and an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation.
Meanwhile,I suggest using a spasmolytic to relieve the abdominal cramps.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
