Suggest Medicine For Swollen Caruncle

Hello Dr
I see a very tiny bulb, kind of swollen, in the pink part of the left eye (caruncle i guess) since 1 week. Its not causing me any discomfort so far.
1. If it's due to dry eyes, can you suggest me some eye drops over the counter to serve this purpose?
2. With this, Can I continue to wear the contact lenses?
