Suggest Medicine For The Following HVS Test Result

I had a swab hvs test result reads p/c 2_3hpf, back. + e/c + with heavy staph spp. I have used ciproxin for 7 day, amplicox for 7 day but no changes in the result. I then used rocephine for 4 days. But still having discharge and itching wat can I use again

As there is no satisfactory result from oral medications, I suggest discussing the scope of higher coverage antibiotics with a broad spectrum as second-generation cephalosporins, Ceftriaxone injection or others for better and faster recovery.
