Suggest Medicine For Vaginal Bleeding In Menopause Stage

I am in menaupause stage and the doc prescribed me tranlok e and dublin to stop bleeding but I am still bleeding I am taking this med since 2 days should I continue? or switch to Texamind which I had taken a few months back when I had the same problem
