Suggest Medicine For Vertigo

i just had a BIG MVA last sunday..a guy hit us @120km/hr while we were stopped at the red light n i have severe concussion to my head..CT and MRI normal..but I have bad vertigo, headaches and heaviness n sleepy n kind o' unsteady all the time..unable to take care of my 2 mths old baby..he is ok after accident..my mum is here..is there any vertigo drugs available in India to use while breast feeding or her in the US?Also will these symptoms go away and i can function as a normal person?Am so upset n worried..
