Suggest Medicine For Viral Fever, Headache, Dizziness And Throat Pain

Suffering from a bad viral fever with headache, body ache, throat ache, dizziness, drained of energy and strength, etc... since 15th midnight. Have been on doses of calpol 500 mg but no effect. I am a working woman and can t avail frequent leave. Please advise me a quick recovery solution. Thanks and regards.

As your query is concerned it is like the viral upper respiratory tract infection.

Most of the time it is self limiting but some times if can lead to bacterial infection.

Because of fever and dehydration you feel head ache and general body pain for this you must take plenty of fluids.

You need to take paracetamol 650(DOLO) for fever.
Levocitirizine once a day and also antibiotics like levoflaxocin 500mg once a day for five days.
