hi i sharmistha,38 years old female, working lady,i have acne on my face,i suffer from last 3years, when i go outside in summer or sunrise or very hot day that time my patches are become very prominent and my face look very dull and black,and the patches also become blacks, i use melabest creame in night.so please sir help me and suggest me the best medicine which can help me get a glowing face

I really appreciate your concern, keep the face skin clean, avoid using cosmetic, avoid going in sun, and "Tab Doxycycline 100 mg" once in day can be used for 10 days, actually acne demands the long term treatment and drug regime for this go on changing from time to time, and for that best is to consult the dermatologist, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
