Suggest Medicine To Relieve Muscle Spasms In The Leg After Total Knee Replacement

What is best to relieve muscle spasms in knee/leg after a knee injury/total replacement. Had a knee replacement and then fell and busted knee open. Had stitches placed. Having painful muscle spasms. Is heat better than cold. Where to find your answer!

Dear- you can use cold compress to relieve the acute inflammation . After few days of surgery, alternate heat with cold, 15 minutes each,3 times a day. You can use muscle relaxant like Soma if you have muscle spasm.
