Suggest Medicines For Cold Sweats And Excessive Phlegm After Toe Fusion Surgery

I had toe fusion surgery 13 days ago, first 6 days I felt ok apart from more frequent bowel movements which were green! Then on the 7th day I felt awful,- cold sweats, temperature, heavy chest, difficulty breathing, phlem etc.(I am slightly Asthmatic and have increased my inhailers) Went Docs - given Amoxicillin 500mg,3 a day for 5 days for chest inf. Been taking them for 4 days now and although chest feels abit better I still feel really rough - cold sweats, shaky, phlem,achy etc - should I be concerned?
