Suggest Medicines For Loose Motions In Children

Hello Doctor, My boy is 4.5 years and vomited twice yesterday. We gave him Ondem once and he had fever as well 103F. Twice we gave Ibugesic plus. Fever is better now. But since today morning he has loose motions, which medicine do you prescribe.

he is having gastroentritis. nomedication is requered. mantain hydration. observe the child if there is fever then give paracetamolsyrup. slowly give semisolid food.
