Suggest Medicines To Avoid Acidity

HI, as per barium meal follow test, my report shows coecum less dispensibility. Ileocaecal koch's is the suggestive report. DOctors gave me R-cinex 600, Oflomac 400, PZA-ciba 750 mg, MyCombutol 600. But i was in so much pain after taking this medicine. so it is changed and now I am taking Forecox(2 at a time empty stomach), pantocid-D, DRT-M. Still i feel uncomfortable sometimes. I feel like acidity problem.Please suggest, am I taking right medicine?
