Dear sir, we are newly married an couple and participated in sex for firstt time in last week(15feb ) before the period date for my wife, we dont need pregnancy at this time, if we need to take any tablets what are those and, how we need to use and which days we need to participate for not getting pregnancy, what we need to do please suggest. Hello dear.
I would advise "levonorgestril" to your wife,one tablet within 12 hrs of having an unprotected sex followed by another one after 12 hrs of taking 1st tablet.
you can only take 2 tablets in a month,not more than that because it causes hormonal irregularity.
The best option for you is "protected sex"
you can use imported Condoms.Their failure rate is 1-2%.
