Suggest Medicines To Get Early Periods

Please help me, I do not know when i have my next period but i was wondering if it would be possible to get something to bring it on early? or delay it? my boyfriend lives far away and is coming to stay with me and I don't want to be miserable when he stays here. Could you help me please?
