Suggest Medicines To Improve Lactation

Hi, my 2 months baby is sucking milk for long time, still she is not satisfied, after drinking breast milk she will play for 20 minutes and starts crying. I think my breast milk is not sufficient to her. She is sucking for 1 hour due to slow milk supply. Please suggest me how to increase the speed of breast milk supply, to satisfy my daughter hungry. My diet is taking 3 glasses milk with bread, spinach curry with rice, nearly 1 and half litre water. Please suggest me diet also to improve milk speed if my diet is wrong.

Dear
Thanks for contacting with your health concern and if you think breast milk is not sufficient,keep following things in mind:

i. Let the baby suckle on the breasts as often as possible. More the baby suckles more milk is produced. Empty the breast of residual milk after each feed by manual expression.

ii. Mother should be confident. Anxiety and tiredness are factors leading to decreased milk. Mother should be quiet at mind.

iii. Satavarex granules: 2 tablespoon in milk twice
. Leptaden tablets: 2 thrice daily
. Mamtone capsules: 1 thrice daily
