Suggest Medicines To Regularize Periods

Hi im not getting periodes on time and my doctor has prescribe me to pelvis scan and i hav taken the scan in my report i hav on right ovary cysts measures:47*45mm with internal echoes septae and in left ovary pco 33*26mm

Plz help me it is harmful to me it is very serious prblm to me or wht it can be cure by takeing medicines after this treatment can i get pregnant im 19 years old and my husband stays in abroad plz reply me as soon as possible
