Suggest Medicines Without Any Side Effects For High BP

I have been on 7 different meds to control my blood pressure over the past 2 1/2 years and all have given me severe side effects including trips to the emergency clinic. The last med I was taking was Diltiazem and among the side effects that occurred the worst were extreme weakness and heaviness in my legs, feeling winded when walking and hair loss. I have been off Diltiazem for 1 year and though the side effects have improved greatly - - about 60% - - I continue to experience the weak legs during walks, am slightly winded, and the hair loss is somewhat better. My question - - will these side effects eventually go away ? Am off all meds - - have increased my intake of Omega 3, CoQ10, and added psyllium to my supplements. This has resulted in keeping my BP around 135-l45 (the diastolic is always within range). I am a 70 year old F and am taking no meds.

Dear Mrs,
135-145 systolic BP is not bad especially in your age.
In your case when you have side effects with medications it is better and safer go with the supplements you take and don't forget about healthy lifestyle.

Wishing you good health.

In case of further questions don't hesitate to ask.
