Suggest Method For Termination Of Pregnancy
mam actually i'm 1 month pregnent.... and my age is 18... and my condition is not so good tht i could handle it.... in future i hv my carrer nd my family to look after . so plesw could u help me to solve out the problem .... pls ,pls ,pls mam .... really need ur help plssss.... :( ust got done with home pregnency test... at the last months 18..... i hd my periods on 8 buth dint came so i did a home test on 11 it came negative... but on 14 i started feeling like vomiting , stomachace ... so i tested on 18 it came positive.... pls mam pls

Mifepristone plus misoprostol is safe and best method for termination of your 1 month of pregnancy. But it should be done under the observation of gynecologist as pelvic examination and USG is must before abortion to confirm that pregnancy is in the uterine cavity. Home use can cause serious complication. 600 mg mifepristone should be followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally (should be put high in vagina by gynecologist) after 48 hour. Dose can be modified by gynecologist. Abortion process will start with in 30-40 minutes of taking lat pill and will complete in 4-6 days. If there is excessive and prolonged bleeding you should consult thee gynecologist immediately. USG should be done after 14 days to confirm complete process of abortion.
Rest for 48 hour, healthy diet with iron supplements, analgesic should be taken. Use safe sex practice in future.
