I am 11 weeks pregnant and I really want to abort it. I have a messy marriage and have a 10 month old to care for. My husband wants the baby but he never supported menwith my first one. This time even my family said that they wont help me. This means I have to give up my job. The only thing that keeps me sane. Please suggest ways I can abort at home without anyones knowledge. Please
Hello dear Understand your concern There is no way to abort the pregnancy at home. It should be done under the observation of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan as your pregnancy is advanced,11 weeks. Talk to your husband and tell your problem. For 11 week abortion, misoprostol 200-400 ug should be used every 3-4 hourly. Bleeding generally start after 30-60 minutes after last pill but it may be delayed for 10-15 hour. USG should be done after abortion to confirm incomplete abortion. Use contraceprtives method to avoid unwanted pregnancies. Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
