Hello ma'am and welcome.

The first thing required is to find the cause for your menstrual irregularity. The two most common causes in young women approximately your age are thyroid abnormalities and a condition called polycystic ovaries. Both these conditions can be tackled and conception can easily be achieved once well treated, with a high rate of healthy pregnancy and delivery of a healthy baby. So please visit your doctor and request for a check on hormone levels, thyroid profile, ultrasound investigation, and a complete blood count.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
