hi, i'm 6 weeks pregnant, i don't want to continue, i've been suffering from HOCAM, i am prescribed amo-misoprostol tab for per vaginal use, 4 tab P/V for consecutive 2 nights, is it ok?

Understand your concern
Yes misoprostol is safe and effective option for termination of pregnancy. But remember it should be taken under medical surveillance to prevent complication and successful abortion.
Misoprostol has no any side effect on heart but avoid stress and use it under observation of gynecologist as dose should be modified in unresponsive case.
Misoprostol 800 ug should be used every 8 hourly maximum up to 3 dose.
Bleeding and pain will, start after 30-45 minute after last pill suggests abortion process is started and will remain for 3-4 days.
But consult the gynecologist immediately if there will be excessive bleeding ( 2 pads per hour for continuous 2 hour ) abd prolonged bleeding (bleeding after 7 days). Follow up at 7th day and USG at 14th days should be required to confirm incomplete abortion.
Take healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements, avoid stress.
