Hi, this is urgent. My girlfriend is most likely pregnant and we need an abortion. Except we live in massachusetts, were abortion is illegal without parents consent. Her parents most likely not let her to ever see me again/ ever let her go to college (she's already paying for it by herself). How do we get an abortion without her parents concent?

If your girl friend is more than 18 years of age, her pregnancy can be terminated on her own consent; however, if she is minor, her legal guardian's consent would be mandatory. You should not attempt the termination of pregnancy in a state where it is illegal. However, you have to sort out the legal aspect with the help of legal expert; I shall impart here only the medical information and advice.
Pregnancy can very safely and easily be terminated up to 9 weeks of gestation by medicines named Mifepristone and Misoprostol. However, these are not over the counter medicines and need a Gynaecologist's advice and prescription.
Moreover, please be aware that these medicines cause developmental abnormalities in baby. Hence, in case of failure of these medicines to terminate the pregnancy, it should be terminated by some surgical procedure like MVA aspiration or so.
