I am Mrs Kumar right now i am pregant for my 2nd baby my first baby is 1yr 8mth so i dont wont the 2nd child till my 1st baby comes to 3yrs to i have taken some tablets then to it as not cleared but i went for a check up Dr. said that baby is developed so it is diffecult to do abrotion so pls tell me any other way for it my last period is on 29sep i went for check up in dec 15 just for 2 1/2 mths a baby can develop?

Understand your concern
As your pregnancy is 2.5 months, you can go for abortion.It should be done under the guidance of gynecologist after usg scan that confirm intrauterine pregnancy and exact gestational age of pregnancy.
There are two methods of abortion:
1. Medical abortion: misoprostol 200-400 ug should be taken vaginally or orally every 4 hours till the bleeding will come. Induction period may be 12-15 hours.
2. Surgical method: suction evacuation and curettage.
Better to go for surgery as chance of bleeding is less and more successful if done by experienced health care provider under aseptic conditions.
Post abortion USG should be done after 14 days to check retain product.
