Best is barrier contraceptive like condom, diaphragm, contraceptive sponge
Other option is hormonal contraception like
Third generation birth control pill marvelon and yasmin
Transdermal contraceptive patch
Nuvaring.
So ask for the doctor for above type of contraception and select proper contraception.
