hello.....i am 28years...2.5 years married bt no baby...i am trying to concieve....my last date of periods its july.....august missed period test to strip at home on 4th,5th and 7th day all test are negative....taking duphaston 10mg bd on 3 days.....plz help me....should i do.

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion you need to start with full workup in the form of hormone profile viz TSH, FSH, AMH, Prolactin and also pelvic ultrasound on day 2 for antral follicle count.
These tests will give you your fertility potential and status of ovaries and uterus.
Then ovulation induction drugs with follicular study to see for release of eggs and thus timing the intercourse accordingly.
