Suggest Methods To Correct Style Of Walking

My daughter aged 9 years having bi-lateral DDH problem. she underwent closed reduction with K-wire fixation at 2years and at 8 years. But still not rectified the problem. whether the open surgery can be done at this stage and what will be the percentage of success. now she can walk and do all normal activities. Only problem is a little difference in style of walking.
