hi , i am addicted to ghutka for three years ... I tried my best to get rid of this ... every night before sleeeping , i stop my to chew ghutka ... but nxt morning again i am uncontrolable .. my mind doesn't work w/o it .. pls suggest some remediew

Gutka is an oral chewing tobacco.Nicotine is the main chemical which leads you to get addicted to it.Nicotine is the responsible chemical which gives you the high and alertness when you consume gutka.
Hence I would suggest you to start Nicotine replacement therapy .That is you can use Nicotine gums or Nicotine lozenges for 1 month and gradually reduce the number gums used per day.You can consult a psychiatrist who will prescribe you either tab.bupropion or tab.verinicline.Both drugs are helpful in reducing cravings for Nicotine products.
