hi dear,
penis size is not important to satisfy wife as if your penis is of 2 inches then also you are able to satisfy your wife because in girls only 2 inches of vagina is sensitive and so only if size of penis is 2 inches one can satisfy female.
for satisfaction proper sex is important.
for satisfaction one can start sex with foreplay for minimum 20 to 30 min and then when both excited then do penetration and after that do after play.
if you don't do foreplay then might be your wife is not full excited and so she is not satisfied.
for further counselling go to psychiatrist.
