Hallow Dear,
There are
arginine containing lubricant creams which might help you delay the sex-play.
In fact in early phase of sexual life, early orgasm is known due to hyper excitement. As the time passes, you can go on having prolonged intercourse. Even some modifications in the style of coitus may help you delay ejaculation:
1. Do not spend much time in body play before penile insertion; particularly avoid handling of the penis.
2. Avoid dry handling of the genital organs. Women feel very uncomfortable with dry touch to the genital organs and do not have good secretions then.
3. Use water based lubrication. Oil based lubrication creams are harmful to the woman's genital organs. Vaginal jellies available with the chemists are good for this purpose.
4. Woman should demand insertion when she is fully wet and excited. After insertion, have a gap for some time with full concentration of sexual pleasure and erotic thoughts. Then subsequently, the movements may be started.
5. Even after having a clitoral orgasm, penis need not be withdrawn; if penis still remains in the vagina for some more time, women do get another orgasm by pressure on G point in the vagina. This is called as vaginal orgasm when again woman starts secreting and becomes wet.
Please get examined from a Gynaecologist to rue out any
vaginal infection. Vaginal infections cause discharge, however, women feel very dry and uncomfortable during insertion and intercourse.
I hope this will help you.
