Suggest Methods To Remove A Cyst On The Vagina

I had a cyst drained last nite, but was left with the hanging skin/sac. The cyst was located on my vaginal opening, so as you can imagine, will eventually get annoying/in the way during sex. I'd like to have it cut off/removed but am not sure what type of doctor will do this for me. I already contacted a cosmetic surgeon and he said he couldn't do it until its had a few months to "dry out" first. Would a dermatologist be able to do this? I'm in Canada btw.
