Suggest Methods To Remove The Ovaries

I was diagnoesd with stage III breast cancer on 2008. I did Chemo and radiation. Thank God everything is fine now. However my cancer is estrogen positive, for that reason I get a Lupron injection every 3 months. I do not want to continue using Lupron but my next option is removing my ovaries if I do not want the injection. Please advise.
