Suggest Methods To Stop Getting Static Hair?

I have electrical current going through my home without the electricity being on. My hair is static all the time. I have burns that appear (2nd degree) and clear up within 72 hours. My doctor has seen this. I have electrical burns.. small grey/white bump s after its been on the nerves if my right leg. Face skull neck chest body.. what is causing this?

Hi,

This only occurs in a low humidity context. Then, any rubbing on particular materials such as wool carpeting will literally brush off electrons producing an electrical imbalance and sparks fly. There just isn't going to be enough amperes to do more than make someone quite uncomfortable. But picking or rubbing the affected (sore!) area will produce skin lesion. I cannot say in your particular case, but the physics is going to apply to everyone.
