Suggest Multivitamin Tablets For Regular Use

Hi I am a 30 year old girl who s working in a MNC. I just need some recommendation for a multivitamin tablet. I work for 10-11 hrs n travel for 2 hrs daily. I have used revital before n have found it helpful in terms of energy but I am afraid to take it on a daily basis because of its chemical synthesis procedure. On the other hand I have heard people talk a lot about nutralite daily. Could u please suggest which one s better for regular use ?

Hi and thanks for asking us on HCM.

All of us need supplementation to some extent as our food is polluted and mineral-deplete. Both brands mentioned are useful, revital is more synthetic and nutrilite is more plant-based - if you are concerned about the chemicals in revital, then you could take it every other day when your diet is lacking or twice a week when you have access to nourishing food. If you prefer a daily supplement, then you could go for something like nutrilite.

More important than supplements is diet, water intake, activity level and rest. I understand that your job and travel time ties you up 14 to 15 hours a day, leaving little time for exercise and rest. It is important that you consume a diet rich in protein and vegetables, and low in carbohydrates if your job is mostly sedentary. I do hope you get weekends off to rest and exercise. At the age of 30, your body should still be able to cope but if your work hours do not cut down as you grow older, you are at risk for illness.

Take care and good luck
