Hello, What other foods can raise your cholesterol numbers. I don t eat fried food, workout 6 days a week, take a multi- V, black seed oil, olive leaf extract, Yucca, Oil of oregano. drink a meal replacement shake in the morning (Ideal Shake). I blend greens like Kale, Broccoli & spinach w/ half banana, strawberries and pineapple. I also use raw honey. Current Cholesterol # is 208. What can I do. Prefer natural remedies.
