Suggest Natural Remedies To Terminate Pregnancy

I live in a country where abortion is illegal and I dont have immidiate acess to a pregnancy test. Can I know the best natural way for abortion? I have missed my period and am experiencing cramps,excess urination and gass. It has been 1 week since my last intercourse.We used a condom but I believe someting went wrong due to my symptoms now. Im unmarried hence cannot approach friends or family on this in this concervative socity. I have been reading a lot of methods online,but fear its safety. Please advice best natural abortion method Thank you

I have read your description and understand your concern.
There are no properly defined natural means to terminate pregnancy. Many of the methods employed are by non-medicos and it carries a risk of infection and dreadful complications such as uterine perforation. Also, many a times such methods could cause incomplete abortion and might cause bleeding in excess. Hence, adopting to such methods remains unsafe.
Abortion pills are used to terminate pregnancy of less than 10 weeks.
"Abortion pills" will have 2 medicines to end pregnancy – mifepristone and misoprostol. It needs to be done under medical supervision.
Post 10 weeks of gestation, pregnancy needs to be terminated surgically.
