Suggest Natural Remedy For Insomnia And Mood Swings

What natural remedy can I take to sleep better at night and to help with mood swings. I have always been easy going. My mood can change so fast, something that bothers me one day does not bother me for several days but keeps coming back to bother me. I am not taking anything for menopause. Thx

Menopausal period is very difficult phase in woman's life. In this phase, hormonal imbalance occurs and this causes all the symptoms like mood swings, insomnia etc. Best treatment for this is positive attitude, remove all negative thoughts, do daily Yoga, pranayam, listen to light instrumental music at night, do relaxation techniques like deep breathing etc. Try all these for 1 month. If your sleep improves then no need for hormonal pills. But if you fail to improve then consult gynecologist and start hormone pills to regulate hormones. Don't worry, you will be alright.
