Hi,
If your blood pressure is continuous remains high, you should continue with medicine as if blood pressure untreated may lead to more cardiac load on your heart might produce few complications.
So it is better to continue blood pressure medicine through out your life rather than taking any risk of heart problem.
Even though here are some tips to control your blood pressure.
1, take less salt in diet.
2, avoid more fat and carbohydrate in food.
3, go for regular exercises like walking, swimming, running etc for 30-40 minutes a day for 5 days in a week.
4, avoid sedentary life,
5, avoid stress.
6, avoid use of smoking, alcohol.
Ok and take care.
