Suggest Next Course Of Action For Diagnostic Report

Diagnostic report(Ultrasonography of abdomen & pelvis) of my wife aged 33 years says:"There is an irregular clear cystic area measuring 7.5X2.5X3.6 cms in right inguinal region. Few thin septae are noted within this. There in no obvious communication with peritonial cavity". IMPRESSION: IRREGULAR CYSTIC AREA IN RIGHT INGUINAL REGION-? ENCYSTED HYDROCELE/? LYMPHOCELE.

How do we proceed futher?

The size of the swelling is quite large. Just go for surgical removal of the swelling. Don't worry, it's just a simple accumulation of one type of body fluid in the form of cavity.
